Questions people actually ask
Does billing follow tenants or the account?
The account. If you run three tenants, you pay once — a Subscription belongs to the account that owns them, not to each tenant individually.
Do plans auto-renew?
No. There is no recurring mandate; a subscription moves from active to pending renewal as its period ends, and you renew it deliberately. Nothing charges you without action on your side.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
The trial expires and you choose a plan to continue. Every module stays visible during the trial, so there is nothing to unlock afterward, only seats to pay for.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. TraptureIQ is one FastAPI service and a Postgres database — point DATABASE_URL at your own instance and run it yourself. Talk to us if you want help scoping that.
