By using the TraptureIQ platform, website, APIs, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Techtrapture Private Limited(“Company”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the individual or organisation using the Service.
TraptureIQ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for measuring and observing AI agents. Features include cost analytics, OpenTelemetry trace and log ingestion, user journeys, evaluation and load testing, a prompt library, a parameter store, token analysis and MCP debugging.
The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
You may create an account and a tenant yourself, or be added to an existing tenant by its Tenant Admin. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and must not share them. An API key grants access to your tenant’s data and should be treated as a secret.
The Service stores each tenant’s data in its own isolated database. You must not attempt to access another tenant’s data, reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its infrastructure, conduct adversarial or security attacks, submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights, or use the Service to develop a competing product.
Telemetry you send is your responsibility. You control what your agents export to us. You must not send data you are not permitted to disclose to a processor, and you are responsible for redacting or disabling prompt and response capture where your own obligations require it. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy for how to do that.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
Billing is per account, not per tenant. One subscription covers every tenant you belong to. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. A paid subscription runs for 30 days from payment. At the end of that period it moves to a 5-day grace window during which access continues, and then expires. To continue, you make a further payment. We never charge a stored payment instrument, and we do not hold a recurring mandate. Cancelling stops any further renewal; it does not repossess time you have already paid for, so access continues to the end of the current period.
Payments are processed by Razorpay, subject to their terms. Once a subscription expires, access to your data through the Service is restricted until it is renewed. Your data is retained. See section 7.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Disputes regarding billing must be raised within 60 days of the charge. Contact legal@techtrapture.com for billing questions.
Your content: you own everything you submit: telemetry, prompts, responses, parameters and configuration. We only process it to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train models.
Our IP: the Service itself (code, design, architecture, branding) belongs to Techtrapture Private Limited. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that data you submit complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cost figures are computed from the telemetry your agents report and the pricing table configured in your tenant; they are an estimate for engineering purposes and are not a substitute for your model provider’s invoice. You are responsible for reconciling against that invoice before relying on these figures for billing or financial reporting. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techtrapture Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid or payable by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand), whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your subscription lapses, or if required by law. We may discontinue the Service with 60 days’ written notice to your registered account email.
Deleting a tenant in the Service deactivates it and retains its data. This is deliberate: a tenant holds your traces and prompt bodies, and an accidental click must not be unrecoverable. Deactivation removes the tenant from your console; it is not erasure.
To have your data permanently erased, email legal@techtrapture.com. We will complete erasure within 30 days of a verified request. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is erased, what is retained, and how backups are handled.
On termination your access stops immediately. Billing records are retained as required by applicable law. Sections 5 (IP), 6 (Disclaimers), 8 (Governing Law), and 9 (Force Majeure) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Subject to the above, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or power outages, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers (including cloud service providers). The affected party shall notify the other as soon as practicable and use reasonable efforts to resume performance.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the Service or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
